1. Bookings and Appointments

• All spa appointments must be booked in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
• Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations may incur charges.

2. Services and Payments

• All services and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment gateways as provided at the time of booking.
• Partial payments or advance bookings are accepted as per our payment policy.

3. Health and Safety

• Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to service.
• Smart Luxury Spa reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client.
• Use of the spa facilities is at your own risk. We do not assume liability for personal injuries or accidents.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients should follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our staff during treatments.
• Valuables should be secured; Smart Luxury Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Intellectual Property

• All website content, logos, images, and designs are the property of Smart Luxury Spa.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Smart Luxury Spa is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, website, or facilities, except where required by law.
